Wow, that's an impressive range of features.
When I saw your title, about an "all-round" baby monitor, I was thinking along different lines.
We only wanted a trad audio-based system, but not to buy something which would soon be outgrown.
We bought a PMR446 (walkie-talkie) system, which can still be used by the family years later at events or when spread out foraging for food in the hedgerows.
To use a walkie-talkie system as a baby monitor:- Set the volume on the child's terminal as low as it will go, so incoming transmissions don't disturb
- Set the baby's terminal to VOX (voice-operated transmission), so that any cries will turn it on
- Pick a quiet subchannel for both the terminals
When baby monitoring is no longer required, you've still got a versatile, generic family comms system.

We got the BT250, does everything we want it to! I second the GroEgg for room temp though. BT doesn't do video or sensor pad, but is so sensitive I can hear him breathing through it!Children are born with wings .... I found there was no one monitor that did everything I wanted. In the end I went for a BT one (often on offer at Amazon) which had a good range, really sensitive -i can hear DD breathing, temp, and plays music. I used it in combination with a Snuza breathing monitor, which is a small clip which attaches to the baby's nappy. I found it better than the sensor mat type as I didn't have to worry about wires or having to move it between the moses basket, crib, cot etc.0

We have a BT one which is great with a nightlight and music that can be turned off and on from downstairs which comes in handy.

It has everything you mention except a sensor pad but I've been recommended an Angel Care one for this though we decided nto to go for it because others said it drove them crazy going off!0
