  • I find it hard to believe that they already know how much you are owed...proceed with caution...if you have had a loan that has had ppi with it..then go to your bank or online and request a ppi refund form/complaint form all banks have them....if you go to the bank take the letter with you to confirm it with them...my bro got a similar one from Barclays I confirmed it with them that it was a real letter from then and he went on to claim successfully...but they did ask me to ring the number and request a form..Lloyds maybe different!
