I've noticed that Idiophreak is running in Swansea this Sun - so am I!!! Yey :D Did my pb there over 10k last year at 54:59 (was aiming for under 55min so how about that for timing). Would love to go under 50 but realistically am aiming for 'better than last year' only.

Woo! Nice to know I'll have someone to compare notes with - I'm aiming for 50-55 mins too, so shouldn't be too far away from you, I expect.

The bay will be flatter than the runs I've been used to, so hopefully it could be a PB for me too :) (well, it'll be an official pb anyway, as it's my first race ;))

But hearing everyone else out there has got me itching to don the trainers and go running! Never felt that addiction before!

Oh and only DD here to massage the feet so if your offering that would be great ;)

    Addiction!! Great isn't it?

No problems with the foot massage (I'm quite good at it, even if I do say so myself :p)
but I only do them on a quid pro quo basis. Thats the deal!

Maz where did you get them from through quidco??

Sally, I get them at sportsshoes.com . They seem as cheap as anywhere.

£16.99 double strike. Do I win? Have I beaten that Maz?

  • Sal - give it another year or so and Little B will be giving you a foot massage.... i can convince Erin now that it's what beauty therapists do, so she will "do" mine!

Soliciting is great ta! The blush is more out of habit really, we don't have a good reputation generally. Most people only need a solicitor when things are going wrong so associations are not good normally:confused: .

Dancing (be it pole, burlesque or any other type) is great for confidence and is a totally different workout which is nice from a variety point of view. I recommend it to anyonw.... apparently men are generally very good at it :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I know what you mean about solicitors. You forget they are working for you and you are resentful for spending money for a situation you (usually) would rather not be in. My (ex) solicitors were lazy and uncommunicative when I was buying my house, which doesn't help, but I know you're not all like that!

I was very good at the pole dancing in the incident I mentioned earlier. I got clapped by the dancers. Strange how you get away with doing what you like when you're blowing loads of cash, most people go to those places to watch the dancing! :rotfl:

It's normally between full and double, I think - I prefer the double as they give you a nice shape, too - the full ones are flat..
