Look sweetie you seem to stressing to much over this, I am an Ex police Officer, My advice to you would be the same as above, if something is playing on your mind let it out, I am not saying things are not as you say, but if you feel you may have blurred the lines or anyone is pressurising you, honesty is the best policy, you seem to be under so much pressure, I would imagine you would have reams of mitigating circumstance, just be honest and don't try to be evasive it will go better for you in the long run, it seems to me you are the type of person who has a conscience so just be honest from the start.
Just to make it clear I believe you, but IF there are things on your mind be up front. Take Care XXX0 -

Way too much stress - and that won't do your ME any good. For the sake of your own health, try to calm down.
Your BF does not live at your house - he will be able to show that quite easily, judging from what you've said here.0 -
And EVEN if the worst happens and they convict you (which seems to me VERY unlikely) I would bet all my savings that you would not go to jail! You would probably get a Community Order with a curfew that's all, as I imagine you are unable to work. You really don't need to worry about jail unless their is a HUGE piece you haven't told us.
I also work within the CJS (past 4 years), and haven't seen a benefit fraud case resulting in immediate custody across my desk - ever! It does happen, obviously the media publish it to scare monger, but it tends to be defrauding the system by millions!
So deep breath, stop panicking!:T0 -
