If he was a true carer (ie not in a relationship), you can see how things would be different.
You posted re the need for separate bedrooms for your children - therefore I assume he sleeps with you when he stays over ?
Not normal actions for a carer to have perks like that. It puts you in a position whereby he stays to care, but yet he's in a relationship with you.
You have a lot of evidence of separate households so you'll probably get away with it, but whoever keeps reporting you seems sure you are in a relationship so you may find yourself reported again in the future.
Also no one here knows what the reporter said and what evidence they gave if any. I know someone in a similar position and all was ok, until they revived further evidence from wherever, then looked at HIS bank accounts and discovered he'd been subletting therefore evidence he didn't live where he said he did.
Do you use Facebook? Have you posted things that could have been printed, would anyone have evidence against what you say? Have you been on holiday together, do your friends and neighbours see you as a couple.
Do you have evidence via phone records or social services for example that show you are on your own a lot?
Hi the bedroom need was for my daughter the disabled one as she is unable to share with her sister, she is up all night and sleeps for only 2 hours, i am in a 2 bedroom house, when he does stay over he sleeps in her room so there isnt room for my other child and of course because her sister keeps her awake all night. iv never denied that he is my boyfriend and i intend to be honest about that. i dont want to lie, i could easily say he wasnt as they wouldnt know but ill be honest. he doesnt sublet his flat, am i meant to take his bank statement? i have letters from social services, my gp and daughters pediatrician that i am on my own and struggle, shall i take these?0 -
we have been on one holiday together, all of us and with others, the rest of his holidays he goes to wales without me.0

It's not me you need to convince, you have evidence but it depends on what they suspect. As I said my husband has his own place is away for a min 3 nights a week yet we are a couple - having your own home is only part of what they look at.0

Just be honest in the interview, dont lie as it will come back on you.
Good luck with it.0 -

I have no idea, neither does anyone else. If what you say is true I wouldn't worry, but I have no idea what the report said or what if any evidence they havep0 -
