Sorry I don't think I understand your question. Do you mean how do I prove that people have returned their items to them before, only to have them sent back as its someone else's address?
If that's the question, I don't really know. Other than showing them loads of people have said it all over the Internet. And there has been a BBC 'Inside Out' programme done on their other company EDresses, whereby they ripped people off in the same way and used other companies addresses in China and the UK but claimed them to be theirs.0 -
Does anyone know if its worth arguing this with PayPal, that they are giving fake addresses (have been for some time), therefore costing people return costs for no reason?0

Send it with a courier back to the address given by ebay. As soon as it shows attempted delivery, you will get your refund.
Make sure you use a good courier with international tracking.
If you buy abroad, you are always taking a risk.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I haven't asked PayPal yet as I obviously would like to gather the necessary evidence that PayPal are going to obviously require.
I was just hoping to find someone who had had a similar experience before and how paypal handled it. It's a counterfeit product (cheap imitation of copyrighted images from reputable companies), and they are notoriously known for issuing return addresses of other companies, nothing to do with themselves.0 -

I don't ever normally buy from abroad, anywhere outside the UK in fact. But this company is claiming to be UK based on their website, so I stupidly took their word for it.
I wouldn't have touched China with a barge pole if I'd have known and hadn't been lied to. You live and learn.
I will return it if that's my only option, but I'm trying to find out if I can argue this fact with PayPal as it is counterfeit goods, which of course is illegal to continue circulating.
I even read on PayPal's website that they do not require counterfeit goods to be returned, but instead destroyed. So I'm trying to gather the evidence together to prove its counterfeit goods0
