How do I find out the details of my holiday?

My family and I travelled to Menorca with Thomas Cook (package) in 2010. Our flight home was delayed by approx 10 hours during which time we were provided with 1 'meal' each. I no longer have any of the specific travel details, is there any way of finding out the flight dates and details?
