Buying a house from the church, owners deceased

I am buying a house from the church - the owners have passed away and left it to the church.
We are now getting close to completion - my solicitor has received the property information form, however much is left blank. She has gone back to their solicitors on this point, however I can only imagine that the church will say that they are unable to complete it in full as they haven't been the tennant and therefore are unable to answer them.
Am I basically going to have to suck this up, as I can't really see a way around the situation?

It's probably safer to view this as a purchase "as seen" as there is no occupant to quiz about the usual issues.I am a mortgage broker. This thread interests me also , hope you dont mind OP , but if you are selling a probate property that you havent lived in for more than 6 months , and you answer the solicitors queries as best as you can , as in "i am not aware of any restricitve covenants being breached" , this doesnt mean none actually have , does it , how would we know what might have occured during the ownership in our nans life?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Thank you - much appreciated. I'm comfortable with what I am buying as it has been surveyed and both the surveyor and other people that have looked at the place (one for the floorboards and an architect) have commented that the houses on this estate are solid and well-built.0

The property I now live in & bought last year was being sold via the solicitor who was joint executor with somebody who lived on the other side of the world.
All queries were met with the same responses by said solicitor, either 'sold as seen' or 'have no idea'.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
