I am worried that your appeal, although it will have OP name and address at top will be overlooked at PPC and their reply sent to RK who may, as other running thread, pay it. Also, PPC may think more of a chance of company paying up.
Hence my suggestedchanges0 -
But they do not know its a company vehicle unless it liveried with it, this is ticket on the vehicle, if someone writes in they will respond as it saves them £2.50 to go to the dvla, once they do write they can't go back to the RKWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Fair point. And I guess they won't have gone to the DVLA yet.
Apologies.
(but I still think that a stronger appeal to get a POPLA code is now needed as PPC are trying it out with your original soft appeal.)
The wording on appeal points you just posted to Haswell is better.0 -
My mother is the MD so I will be able to prevent any payments.
Do you think I should till write an appeal or wait for notice of keeper?0 -
Well if she is the registered keeper and its not a lease car, wait until the notice to keeper if you want, it must arrive between days 29 to 56 to be compliant on that side if things. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. I agree. If your mother is the MD and is happy for you do deal with the issue once the notice to keeper arrives, then follow advice to Registered Keepers. Though as Stroma points out, if it is a lease-hire car, the rules may be different again. I suggest that you do a search on the forums and get yourself up to date with current advice.I'm a retired employment solicitor.
