Stuck between a rock (Virgin) and a hard place (Sky)?

Apparently I can't exit penalty-free due to the loss of ESPN ..

If anyone else has actually done so, i'd appreciate it if you could tell me as at least if i can get independent confirmation i can go back and try again.

All sorted. If you're on a collection with Virgin and subscribe to XL TV then you can fully cancel all services without penalty, as I have just done.

Please be patient as i am not sure if i am posting in right place,
just asking a question and hoping that someone knowledgable (maybe from virgin/sky) will answer. My local club has dwindling members so might have to shut and some of us thought that if we could get sky sports package with espn and horse racing on for member we might get them back in instead of going to the club across the road but the committee have said that it costs quite a few thousand pounds and they cant afford it. I doubted that it could be that expensive so tried to find out on sky.com but you had to phone up and give them information which i have not really got authority from club to do, so was wondering if anyone could give idea of cost for small social club in newcastle for basic broadband basic phone line and sky sports with espn football horse racing etc or point us in direction so we could find out online. thanks.
