3 mobile sim only

been looking at 3 mobile sim only pan all you can eat data 2000 mins 5000 texts at £15 per month which i have been told can include tethering so i can run my i pad from it , they do a 1 month at £18 but have been told that tethering is not allowed on this , any ideas folks

have phoned 3 mobile up and now subscribed to the one month rolling s i m , i have been in two 3 mobile shops and both said tethering is not allowed only on 12 months , not very good customer service .0

Probably because they get more commission by signing you up to 12 months.
That's why you should never trust a salesman and do your own research.0 -
not good practice though i even told the sales person that she was wrong and she denied it said they had changed terms of contract .0

Tbh most sales staff don't know half the stuff about their job so that's not surprising in the least.0 -
This reply is being typed on a laptop tethered via an iPhone 5 using a Three "One Plan" 30 day rolling contract SIM, which costs £18 a month. So be assured it does work.
On the Three web site they state "You can tether on all our One Plan tariffs including our one month rolling SIM plan".
The high street Three shops are probably a franchise, but should still know the terms and conditions...0 -
As per usual, Three staff (ON COMMISSION) are talking rot - BOTH plans (30 day and 12 month) allow unlimited tethering. Plus go through a cash back site, not on eof their shop staff, and get about £35 cash back, even on the 30 day SIM deal.0

was going to go via a cash back site but the salesman offered me £15 cash back on third month rental so went for it there and then .

Orange don't have unlimited data so won't be able to beat 3s deal
