Its more then likely the forum Team would've banned Bugsy's IP Address too, if they wouldn't of done he could've set up another account quite easily.
Bugsy could always change his internet provider and get a new IP address. He could just as easily post by visiting family, friends or use the library.You may question anything I say. Just be polite, otherwise you go straight on to my Ignore List, which funds a good old fashioned knees-up every Xmas. Cheers;)0 -
