Orange Invalid Contract?
hi all,
I took out a phone contract about 19 months ago at Carphone Warehouse. At the time it was stated as being a 18M contract duration and the paperwork given to me states a 18m phone contract.
I contacted Orange to cancel after the 18m was over, however they are saying on their system it shows as a 24m and not willing to cancel it.
Have spoken to CPW who say on their system they are showing as it being a 18M, they have spoke to Orange whom are still saying no to cancellation.
I would be grateful to know what the next step i can take? and weather this should be resolved by CPW or Orange?

Hi,
It would be carphone warehouse who would have to resolve this. When you purchase an orange contract through CPW, they send something called a 'smartform' which contains all your contract details.
Basically, Orange do exactly what CPW have told them to do on the 'smartform'.
