Internet Profile error- K800i Orange network.

Hi,


My mate has just sent me a multimedia message but I am unable to read it and get the following message when I try and open the text message;

' Download failed Internet profile error, please check your settings.'

I have just deleted my old gprs profile for orange and reinstalled it by visitng the SE website.

I am unsure of what else I can do?

Any ideas?

    try the MMS settings and GPRS settings. if they dont work, try having a look on the orange site for the settings

    Also try deleting some more profiles like O2 and T-Mobile etc as I had a similar problem and it was because there were to many profiles in my GPRS/MMS Settings
