What can I do about trojan horse downloader.agent.11.n? avg detects it on every log in and at other times .any suggestions to kill it please?

    If you google on downloader.agent.11 you'll find pages about it.

    you also need to run AVG in Safe mode to clean it,

    there is a sticky at the top of this part of the forum with loads of stuff about all this sort of thin

    you could try going to free up space when you are in that click on more options then clean up system restore this should get rid of any trojans that is in your restore

    thanx for all help. agent 11 seems to have gone elsewhere after using TROJAN HUNTER.---but!!! tonight I downloaded a free update from zone alert then went offline for 2 hours. when I rebooted it took 3 freeze ups to get online again has anyone had this problem??? help!
