T-Mobile downgrade
Wasn't it the case within the last six months of your tariff you used to be able to downgrade to a cheaper tariff?
I've just been on the phone and they said I cannot. I said I was disappointed in that current plans on the website offer better value compared to mine and that I was disappointed that my price has risen twice since taking out the contract in December 2011.
Obviously they wouldn't do anything. Has the downgrade policy changed?

Yes - but a long time ago! I recall in 2006 being told no downgrades were allowed back then.0

Maybe it was wishful thinking then. Cannot wait to leave contract now. Fed up with being under the constraints of a network for 2 years....all my previous contracts were 18 months.0
