    I struggle with the nibbling.
With the kids being off school it can be really hard :(
Someone mentioned drinking plenty of water (can't remember who it was) but I hate water so I make sure I drink plenty of cups of tea.
Also when I fancy a nibble late at night i have a bag of As letter candies (think they're 4 calories a sweet) and one of them plus a drink usually keeps me going for a bit and reminds me I really don't want to be reaching for the biscuit packet.
It's not ideal but at least it's cheaper than weekly meetings :D

You can do it QoC, you just need to find what works best for you :)

That's the stupid thing, I know exactly what I need to do, but my gob seems to think differently :o
Still not letting me play :(

OH and I just been watching ISS go over - he said sure its not a UFO lol

    Balls. I forgot

Grrr, can't go back and edit.
DM I can post those in quotes if I go back and edit them into plain text instead of them being images
I'm using Firefox (don't have chrome)

Edit: Oh that's weird, the post before this one had an error when I tried to put it up (the one that says ooooh it worked)

    Just download Chrome :D

On the 5:2 front dd was telling me you can get seeds to put in water that make you feel more full up. Not sure of name but she said big bag was £13. Said you don't notice them in water as very small.
Will look in health food shop on monday and report back.

I've stopped buying biscuits (that was one of my big problems) and the only biscuits we have in the house now are 1p crackers :D
Poor DH went on the wii fit too and he knows he needs to do something about it but i don't think he knows where to start :( (his problem is he packed up smoking for a year and I think he thought when he started up again he'd go back to how he was)
If someone had a magic wand it'd be so much easier wouldn't it! :(
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55
