I struggle with the nibbling.
With the kids being off school it can be really hard
Someone mentioned drinking plenty of water (can't remember who it was) but I hate water so I make sure I drink plenty of cups of tea.
Also when I fancy a nibble late at night i have a bag of As letter candies (think they're 4 calories a sweet) and one of them plus a drink usually keeps me going for a bit and reminds me I really don't want to be reaching for the biscuit packet.
It's not ideal but at least it's cheaper than weekly meetings
You can do it QoC, you just need to find what works best for youHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Grrr, can't go back and edit.
DM I can post those in quotes if I go back and edit them into plain text instead of them being images
I'm using Firefox (don't have chrome)
Edit: Oh that's weird, the post before this one had an error when I tried to put it up (the one that says ooooh it worked) :think:Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

popped to see Mum. Was on her way back to her room and was not happy as there is a buzzer going all the time. But I pointed out she is a good sleeper should be able to ignore it. She also said they take ages to answer the buzzer ( took 30 minutes when she called them when I was there) but there are over 50 residents. Anyway her main concern is the toilet in her room is really small and she has a gutter zimmer frame to support her arm and she has to reverse in and when I tried with her I found it impossible. So i called the care assistant and asked for a comode. When they came to assess her at home they said there was no room for it but there is. Anyway 10 minutes later they brought one and when I left she was much happier.
Glad she is happier:T:T0
