Bought them, discount didn't come off, so went to cs (as you do). As you probably know, there a lot of HO staff there at the moment. One came to the cs desk and asked what the problem was. I told him, showed him the photo and explained what the cs had said - much to her embarrassment.:eek::rotfl: HO guy said that he read the sel the same way that I did, apologised to me for the error and for the treatment that I had received from the staff and told cs that it was a clear overcharge and could she please follow company policy. You could see cs was seething. He added that he hoped that my experience wouldn't put me off returning to the store.

Yes, it is a good store for dtd. The staff are pretty slapdash. Classic one is that they leave the promo signs up outside the store when promo has finished. Always ood sel's and invariably new offer sels on fresh meat/poultry etc., with more expensive goods displayed.

I am not a frequent visitor but usually a happy one after shopping there.

Work has been messing me around so have been feeling quite sorry for myself (and eating at least 6 packs of crisps every night to console myself which has meant that 5:2 has become 7 days of 3000 calories and 0 days of anything less!). In 2 minds as to whether I hand my notice in or man up and be treated like a pile of steaming !!!!!!!

Gosh mimi - it is so much easier to find a job when you already have one. Start looking for a new one immediately - if the job is stressing you then you need to talk to your doctor about this. Take my advice and do not walk away - you end up the loser to a certain extent- stay but start looking and take time out from this stress.
