Shocking.
My blood boils when i see people using disabled/parent spaces but i would never confront anyone. You just never know what kind of reaction you could getQueenriderbrekke wrote: »While my husband never uses the disabled/child parking spaces, I do think our local supermarkets have the ratio of spaces wrong when we have a couple of rows of disabled/child parking free to use and virtually no spaces unoccupied for other uses of the supermarket sometimes!:rotfl:Enterprise_1701C wrote: »
I'll tell you what get's my goat. If parents parked in disabled spaces they would get ticketed, but I frequently see disabled cars parked in mother and child spaces, I have been told by one that other wheelchair users can make it difficult to get in and out the car, I pointed out that this person had taken the last mother and child space when there was at least two cars cruising the car park with babies in, the reply was "i don't give a s***, I am disabled, I get priority". And they wonder why opinion can go against them sometimes :mad::mad:
Hesitate to enter the fray here but here goes ... I too used to think quite black and white about disabled and mother and toddler parking. Until I became seriously ill that is, I now think slightly differently ..... Whilst I was undergoing chemo and radiotherapy I was very weak and needed to limit walking and hills so wanted to get near the shop when I could. However you are not disabled so you don't get a blue badge. I agree there were rows and rows of disabled parking and most of it empty - but I couldn't park there.........
I had my children later in life - and whilst they are not toddlers I have car seats in the rear so unfortunately if I wanted to park near I found myself taking a parent and child space when I could (and never enough of these). I felt very bad about it - it was obvious from my scarf wear and no eyebrows that I had a health issue .............but no blue badge.
Know quite a couple of able bodied people with kids and got disabled badge for them but use disabled spaces whilst kids at school.
I guess its not fair - but I did wish they had some timed temporary blue badges so I could have used a disabled parking space and not a mother and toddler, its surely not that impossible .....
But yes some people just take the ..........0 -

OK, I now seem to have a shrew in a plastic box in the kitchen
OH found it when he went down the side road to get the van, poor thing was laying flat down shakingIt has now perked up having had some water, and I put some peanut butter in there too, but don't know where to release it
Don't want to put it in the garden as a lot of cats around, afraid that taking it to the wood would stress it because I would have to seal the box it is in. Poor little thing, it is absolutely gorgeous, but obviously something has happened, though it seems reasonably healthy, suspect it might have escaped from a cat

I saved mine to My Documents. Then I opened the file, clicked Edit, clicked Take a Snapshot, then highlight the coupon bit, clicked OK when the little box opened saying it had done it, then right clicked and then clicked print from the drop down menu. After that you can pint just the coupon - I changed my print preferences to black/white and reduced size to 80%. Sounds complicated but it isn't once you start doing it. No idea how to get more than 1 on a sheet though.ELITE 5:2

Have to tell you that it does not come in a box. The Tesco version may do. Can't remember whether you wanted it as a gift:)
Just got back from tesco I ended up geting this one along with 6 small bottles on blossom hill
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=255245832
I used 6 BH coupons, the SA wouldn't accept them so she called manager over and he said no as well, think he thought I was going to go away, so asked him to check with head office, he came back ten minutes later and accepted them all, along with other tesco coupons.
So I got a £49 shop less multi buys, coupons and 25% off wine and champagne, I paid £29 well pleased as the champagne was £24.89 alone...
Thanks for all your help with this yesterday. Xx. And it came in a box...We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits.0
