I thought tesco extended it til this weekend sometime?

Eta. I just saw you posted half price mullers in M :D.

So mullers and j2os against M then? (but not for a couple of days until apg recognises new prices ;))

Doh - does this mean that we may still be able to buy Dr O v £1.25 at M then?

I have run out of space in my freezer - so could only squeeze 4 in on Sat night. Convinced myself offer ended Sunday 4th Aug but forgot about the tardy lag with A v M price list thing. HTHS

No use for me - was going to get more for my student niece and drop off in York but OH now has my car as his exhaust gone and garage not got a slot til Friday so he's using mine to get to work. (tut the one week when the kids have no activities and I was looking forward to days out and finishing holiday and school shopping).

Rain will mean baking - cancel the fast day and reschedule to tomorrow then - my will power not that good! :p

Hello. Was it an absess? I can feel a large absess on mine. Have been rinsing with warm salt water for the last few hours and have taken two paracetamol as a last resort. Not long to go now for an appointment. But I hate the dentists, as a lot of people do. They extract - not only your tooth, but as much money as possible. Its daylight robbery, and you get to the point where you have to pay whatever they ask to take the pain away.

Worst pain ever.I had all 4 out years ago in hospital. All 4 were impacted.I looked like a hampster.Could not even eat because teeth would not meet together.Whisky helps(can't stand the stuff).I feel for you.
  • EDIT 60p:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

You just increased the price by 50% :(

I actually had to stretch to paying 60p for these pizzas a couple of days ago :eek::eek: Mind you, did get £56 (before reductions) worth of shopping for £6 :D

Yes, it was an abcess, I've had a few over the years. I took Nurofen and paracetamol in between or at the same time depending on how bad it felt.

At it's worst it did 'pop', and I had a bad taste in my mouth, but it relieved a lot of the pressure, and most of the pain went away.

The dentist should prescribe anti-biotics to get rid of the swelling and infection as they can't examine properly or do anything while it's like that.

I'd say dental pain is 2nd child birth, and on par with a broken bone (in my experience).. good luck!

  • Hello, I have only just joined this sight to ask a question. Sorry if this is not in the correct forum, but need help today.
Here is my problem. We are having a fancy dress dinner party this Saturday and my husband is to wear a specific suit for his character. I have found one in a charity shop (not his size, but will do) but they are asking £15 for it. We are tight on money and this dinner is costing a small fortune, so would it be too cheeky to ask for a discount as we only need it for the weekend and I would be bringing the suit back on Monday (as it's awful and not his size)?

Talking of cars I get  around here. Cars park on pavements so mothers have to walk into road because buggy/pram wont fit through gap. Sometimes I walk in road if gap small. Also 75% drivers don't know what their indicators are for.

I do wonder whose fault it would be if someone gets hit by a car whilst walking in the road because car on pavement.

Dont get me started on parking....although while I chose to live near a school, I didnt know it was going to be as bad as it is.

If its not the school, its the doctors, and the blue badgers are the worst ones...." i can park where i like, I've got a blue badge".....not across my drive you can

I have been late coming to the Rustler party but got some on Sat night and tried with the kids - went down a storm (better than the finest food did). So got in from dog's trust open day and had them - not too bad at all (toasted bun and microwaved the burger patty). Huge thanks to the OP :T

Flo/QoC - I have the PDF but remember some discussion about trying to get the sheet MOC without the extra visual re Alton Tower advert and Tower Moc to save on ink. Did anyone have any success with that? Thanks ...

Hoping to get some more for kids next week and my niece (student at York, she is at York for the summer and paying rent but got given back word re job so is brassic at the mo ).........every little helps ih Mr T.:)

I forgot to check when the 3 for £4 offer finishes - anyone know ...?
