OMG what a performance with the Rust*lers coupon. Wouldn't scan so that SA could enter amount. Anyone else having problems. DS and his mates love these - so wanted to stock up - as it means they will leave the rest of my fridge alone!!

Apart from that morning all - "it ain't half hot!"

good morning all hope the elite is well.

had some terrible news from ds3 he found his room mate unconscious called for help did cpr which he has trained to do with the life boats, but when the ambulance got there they pronounced him dead ds3 is devasted that he could not do more, the lad was only 23 had a drug problem and was on bail after doing a few robberies to pay for drugs, he needed help but was bailed out of the area away from family and friends my son was trying to help him but no one realised he was still taking drugs, such a sad waste of a young life, my dd2 went to school with him and her partner lived next door to him for 18 years so hard for all to get there heads around it..

So sad and such a waste, hope your son comes through it ok. xxx

How devastating for your ds, such a tragic and complete waste of a young life. Thoughts are with you and your family rhosynbach. x

  • rhosynbach - my heart goes out to your family & his - what a dreadfully tragic loss of a young life.

Re Dr Oetker vouchers - Yes, I know most of us have taken good advantage of their very generous offers BUT it does say 7 vouchers which add up to £10 worth of vouchers over sequential months NOT 2 or 3 vouchers which are out of date included.
I'll be watching their Facebook page as I'm sure they are going to have to offer the FULL £10 for new vouchers redeemed as otherwise they aren't fulfilling the offer of £10 worth.

They did change the dates on later ones put in in July instead of June making the 1st one last a longer time so hopefully once they realise/people start complaining then they will change the dates again.

They were a godsend in the hot weather we had as could put them in the combi microwave & not get hot cooking
