It can be confusing sometimes and we have all messed up at one point or another (I assume!).
It is not still not clear on the MSL app whether you are supposed to enter all the items that you bought that appear on the receipt, or only the ones you are claiming? So in your scenario, if you had only put in/claimed 1 Coke Zero (but bought two in the offer), would it have paid £1.98 or should you only have to have bought 1 to get the 100% cashback? Of course, if you bought one in As in an S targetted shop, you would have £1.98 against 99p, and then get 99p back from the APG too (to buy another bottle in S  if you wish).

The same thing happens if you buy the Coke Zero in A$da as it's part of a multibuy I found that I only get £1.75 (it's 2 for £3.50) each time I upload my receipt.0 -
Hi pk04,
We apologise that you are having issues scanning your barcode. If we may kindly ask you to slightly move your iPad further and then closer away from the barocode, and please ensure that the barcode is scanned with the best possible lighting.
If you do continue to have any further issues scanning, if we may ask you to get in touch with our CS with the device details of your iPad.
Thanks!
Thanks for responding
I'll buy some of the offers this week and hope it goes betterThere comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Bette Davis0 -
Just a heads up for anyone waiting for their H&M order. My order came today via Royal Mail (not Hermes like I was expecting it to).0

Even if you only buy one? The offer is 100% free on one, therefore if you put in 2 for processing it will give you the refund for one (so the reduced price you paid, which is strictly correct).

I also had mine delivered by RM today. Hermes delivered the ones I got a couple of days ago. I seem to have ordered the same pair of shoes twice0 -

Once again I could not listen today, only seem to manage when we are in the van. I had to go out at a certain time and it clashed with the quizWell done on your scores - you did very well:D

My next try and another mistake. On the MSM app coke zero 2l is showing as 100% cashback. I was going to Waitrose this morning. They are £1.98 each or any 2 for £2. So I bought 2, but cashback shows as £1.
Looks like they have averaged the price out at £2 for 2 bottles, so £1 for one bottle. If I had only bought 1 I would have got £1.98 back. I didn't think this through to make best use of it. Here we go again.
Welcome to the madhouse - we all make mistakes, you will soon get the hang of it
