Thanks for the new thread Mad .....

Just toddling off to bed - with kids and niece fighting over computer have only had chance to catch up today - did so before 3am so unable to thank everyone as read only .....

So is this my first glitch ....?

Anyhow just noticed this on MSM - so not sure if this is an error as some of the other meals have £1 off at Tesco. So either the haddock fillets in sauce are being sold off cheap or they have put discount down as the price - £1. If any of you have the birds eye vouchers still there is a 75p off bake to perfection which would make this 25p. Sorry not going near any shops to check but may be worth as a filler item in A v T shop and if anyone in Tesco maybe they can check true price in store. (Edit - appearing as £1 on Tesco website too).

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=birds%20eye%20bake%20to%20perfection%20haddock%20fillets

Thanks Morgy - I can confirm that these are on sale instore at £1 in Tesco - only had 3 coupons but ha en't got room in the freezer for more anyway. I've had to take them out of the cardboard packets to fit them in - and I have to say that the fillets do look really good with the butter pped on top. a real steal at 25p (and, for those of us on the 5:2 diet, only 200 cals per portion).

Thank you - where was the voucher from please?

    Many thanks

    Good Morning :D

Lovely and sunny here again we had rain yesterday and during the night :T

Cant go out waiting for council plasterer to assess small bedroom for plastering. Poppy not happy doggy she cant go walkies til he been.

Well done on your 21 posts last night scamps :D

Also today I am going with Sky for my broadband and landline. :( Wanted to stay with 02 but they sold out to Sky so gotta move could be anytime today up to midnight. Wish I didn't have to have landline but no landline = no broadband.

I sincerely hope you don't regret it - Sky has been a nightmare for me since they stopped using Google as a platform and instead use Yahoo. I absolutely HATE IT now :( and its sooo frustrating as I keep losing connection. Spoken to that many Sky people I am on first name terms with some of them.

Sure they think 'oh no not her again' when I ring up
  • Thanks for the welcome :).
My next try and another mistake. On the MSM app coke zero 2l is showing as 100% cashback. I was going to Waitrose this morning. They are £1.98 each or any 2 for £2. So I bought 2, but cashback shows as £1.

Looks like they have averaged the price out at £2 for 2 bottles, so £1 for one bottle. If I had only bought 1 I would have got £1.98 back. I didn't think this through to make best use of it. Here we go again.

ooh, i found a good one..
Another one is Kelloggs Crunchy nut cornflakes 750g (in case people are stocking up on cereal for petrol vouchers). £3.14 in T, compares against A for £2. Get a £1.14 PP back and £1 from shopitize. Total cost for cereal is £1 :j

Also worth bearing in mind their signage with regard to the 3 for £6 is ambiguous at best.

It states 'Kellogs Cereal 202g-750g 3for£6', yet the deal doesn't seem to apply to 750g Crunchy nut.

Birds Eye had promotional stands in Asda (and possibly other stores) some weeks back - handing out samples of the Simply Bake range and leaflets with a selection of coupons. Nothing in the leaflets was on a decent comparison anywhere but some of us must have kept them in the 'junk for future use' pile. I doubt you will find any around now - sorry.

I am hoping I don't regret it. On 12 month contract if I have trouble will be off again next year to someone else. Went with Sky because I paying same as o2 everyone else I looked at was more expensive.

I was with Virgin before o2 and what a nightmare they where cutting me off 7 times in a couple hours a couple times a day. I bet they thought not her again was ringing nearly everyday more than once sometimes :D
This nightmare went on for years Virgin saying nothing wrong it was me then my laptop sons pc anything but THEM.

DS eventually left home so just me I bought new laptop and still broadband wouldn't work so I left.

When I said I was going with o2 Virgin offered me free broadband and landline for 12 months :money: but I told them no thanks :D

It can be confusing sometimes and we have all messed up at one point or another (I assume!).

It is not still not clear on the MSL app whether you are supposed to enter all the items that you bought that appear on the receipt, or only the ones you are claiming? So in your scenario, if you had only put in/claimed 1 Coke Zero (but bought two in the offer), would it have paid £1.98 or should you only have to have bought 1 to get the 100% cashback? Of course, if you bought one in As in an S targetted shop, you would have £1.98 against 99p, and then get 99p back from the APG too (to buy another bottle in S  if you wish).

Oh I didn't know that. I only bought two cereals (frosties and crunchy nut) on purpose so it would compare to A anyway and not muck up my apg. I'm all cereal shopped out now :D

Thank you - so assuming they are appearing correctly in APG, it is better to buy in an AvT shop so 90p.
