Well done indeed!:T:) And many thanks - I knew someone could extract the money from T for me:D:D. :rotfl:
No prob Savvy:beer:
The issue of them trying every excuse from why didn't I realise before I paid to we will honour the price and re-sell them to me at the 3 for £2.Stood firm against the labelling trout who walked off in a huff in the end.The manageress came out in the end with the trout and tried it on with you have not been overcharged just a multibuy has not worked.Soon put the theory to bed by saying what does it say on the label and how much have you charged me therefore an overcharge.
Still took half an hour of my valuable time, these store must have a budget of DTD overcharges and don't like going over it.0 -

Hi Savvy,
Please see post 1889 for results:beer:
Oh, it's already there - couldn't see for staring:o. Time to bulk out the shop with T's cheaper items so they don't take as much as £2.24 from you (difference on the Tildas was £12.24 but PP capped at £10. Still didn't match Sains' price!:D Still a more expensive T! But irrelevant that point due to the DTD!:T:T:money:)
[Edit: That's an idea, actually - if you do exceed the cap, due to getting something far greater back than the excess lost, fill the basket with up to 8/9 other different items on which they are cheaper than the rival, but still so that you 'claw back' the excess but don't bring the PP to below £10. Works vs Sainsbobs, who just match prices on the brands and works vs M who don't have a price match - although reluctant to fill up with items cheapest at T than A as losing 10% off your APG shopping of that item elsewhere with possible glitches or chance to use that item as a filler or otherwise on an APG shop Avs T where you now don't have to spend more putting extra fillers onto! Not that we don't have enough to use already, such as S&Gs, New Pots, etc. If it were Tvs A, it'd try to put alternatives on, on which T was cheapest but weren't available in A before I went to putting items on and losing the 10% on them. But of course depends on MOCs, what stores you have, what you need, how you shop, what configurations you are using/have planned for elsewhere...etc etc.]0 -
