Just signed up with them...does anyone have any thoujghts? As far as I can tell their oiffer is better than the current best-buy shown in the article here but I may well be missing something.

Hmmm, not feeling too happy after reading this! Will see how it goes. Some of the problems should be avoided as we wont ever go over 20GB, I was told it may take a while to change over - which is fine - and I was told the speed in my area was ok so fingers crossed.

Your phone line. Speeds can vary greatly from one house in a street to the next, depending on line quality, extension wiring etc. Don't expect to get necessarily the same as a neighbour, although distance from the exchange is a major factor. Could be more, could be less. The number checker on your ISP's site will give you an idea.
