PVC Door won't open, we've removed the cyclinder

Does the key turn as normal??
If so does the handle go down??
If so, the hooks and cams may be stuck due to the swelling off the door in this heat.
Try and pull the handle down a lift the door at the same time, or get someone to lift!!

If you have no cylinder in the door and have the replacement then simply push the replacement in and use that to ulock the door.

If that will not work then youll need a locksmith or local tealeaf...
