Others members have said if you open the surveys in other windows, before you hit £39.90 or more, then you can still do them once you're at that stage and reach the £40.
They do payout and the surveys always come back
Good to know, I'm currently stuck on £39.95! :mad:0 -
So annoying I want to cash out so i've got a little extra for christmas and it take weeks for them to pay out I'm on £38.60 and just not getting any surveys o tell a lie I got a 5p one today ggrrr0

I got the cheeky 5p one too... and cashed out, panic over :T0

Finally cashed out today lets see how long it takes to pay out0

They've credited my account with £5 as a thank you for sending back their over payment. I wouldn't really have felt happy keeping it but this is a nice compromise. It takes quite a while to raise £5 on one poll0

I requested payment on 14th October and there's no sign of any money yet. They're supposed to pay within 28 days.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0

I've just had an email saying that Onepoll can't pay me yet as they haven't been paid. The email says:Apologies for the delay with your payment. We are currently waiting for a transfer to clear into our PayPal account. When this has cleared we will be making payments to members. Thank you for your patience.
Your guess is as good as mine as to when anyone will get their money. This is not the only payment I'm waiting for. I have around £30 waiting to be paid elsewhere and I won't get paid until another company coughs up.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0 -
This seems to happen all the time to OnePoll. Usually payments take 5-6 weeks instead of 28 days. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

This strikes me as rather odd. Firstly, paypal seems a rather "small-time" way of handling large amounts of money for what is a presumably large organisation - surely a standard bank account would be better ? And is their cashflow situation really so tight that they can't make payments until they've been paid ? That's the sort of approach I can understand from a local one-man-band builder or whatever, but not a large "professional" organisation.0 -

That is the standard reply they send to everyone. They have used it since the day they started and it doesn't matter when you send an email about a late payment, you will always get that reply.0
