Onepoll Problems, In trouble?

Requested payment 14th of last month, still no sign of it, emailed them and they said they were waiting for a bank transfer to clear into paypal, are they (and my money) in trouble?

In my experience they always take 4-6 weeks to pay and there is always an excuse for this, so I wouldn't be overly concerned.

  • I'm in the same boat, requested payment 19th June. Emailed last week to chase and received a fairly prompt reply saying they were waiting for a payment to clear into Paypal.

Still no payment, emailed again this morning, received an instant reply saying payment delayed due to 'administrative error'. Have replied that this is not very reassuring and as they are considerably beyond the 28 day maximum for payment, I asked for a more precise timeframe as to when I might be paid.

    No response as yet.

I'm waiting too, from the 22nd June. I have cashed out a couple of times but not had to wait this long before.

  • I requested payment 3rd of June and received it on 18th July, so I think they are just a bit slow at the minute. I was also getting quite concerned but it did eventually arrive.

For info I received my payment today.
  • They emailed the same to me I had had it twice so I sent it back - in fact I was going to contact them to let them know
  • Onepoll are really sly, as well as denying that they temporarily stop giving you polls just when you're about to get paid, they try to claim back payments they never made! They emailed my OH asking him to pay back £40 saying that they accidentally sent it twice, he's checked and they only sent it once - someone more trusting might have just gone along with it and not realised. Flipping cheek!

I've just found this out when I got my account to £39.95 a few days ago and haven't had a survey since. Normally have at least 5 a day

I am in exactly the same boat, my account balance is £39.95 and I've just logged in to find there are mysteriously no surveys available.

The surveys always come back within no more than a week.

Others members have said if you open the surveys in other windows, before you hit £39.90 or more, then you can still do them once you're at that stage and reach the £40.

They do payout and the surveys always come back :)
