This was a bit better than I'd anticipated. I can't say I was impressed with the shelves made from coffee tables but that house for the Scots couple looked good when it was finished.

I enjoyed it, although Kirstie's manner does irritate me sometimes. Still love her programmes though.
I thought the table shelves were a very clever idea - not sure
I'd want them in my house though!
I loved the headboard and the dining table.0 -
I quite enjoyed it, but all this talk of "free stuff" when furniture came from Bristol, London and all points GB was a bit misleading. OK if you have researchers with vans able to go anywhere and collect but for us ordinary folk it would cost a fortune in time and fuel.
Hated the shelving though I have to say, but some inspirational ideas otherwise.Normal people worry me.0 -

I liked the table top but I'd have preferred not to have it all joined up like garden furniture. Perhaps benches would have been better.
Lots of the stuff in the showroom looked too good to be true. It was hard to believe that people hadn't recognised lots of the stuff as desirable/ saleable or at least given it to charity shops. I particularly fancied the packing cases/trunks. Round here they'd be in 'brocante' shops.0 -
Hi I missed this programme when was it on please xI have dyslexia so I apologize for my spelling and grammar0

Cant stand her. I prefer Beenie big baps..Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

I loved the program, its true if you have imagination you can create anything. Me and my friends have been swapping furniture for years - i have a bedroom chair my friends was getting rid of and she has my old lounge unir in her home. To do a feature wall we often donate end of paint tins to each other, just enough for 1 small wall.

Liked it, but have to agree, it was hard to see where they'd have got the stuff that is desirable...
The tables were a good idea, but a different finish...Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
