Orange Broadband Query

Friend of mine had a cold-call from Orange and they have regraded her to a new broadband plan. The plan is described as:
"Broadband & Anytime Mobile Calls (1000) -20GB usage allowance (PAYG)
This is a monthly plan costing £37 a month.
We have searched the Orange web-site trying to find out the terms and conditions of this plan but have hit a brick wall. We simply do not understand what is involved with the plan other than the fact that there are free calls from a landline to a mobile phone. We do not know whether she will continue to get free calls anytime (landline to landline) and we cannot believe that it would appear that they have reduced her broadband from Unlimited to 20 Gig a month.
Would be grateful if anyone who has this plan could explain basically what it consist of? For example, if the 20 GB limit is exceeded what extra payments are charged?
I would add that we are contesting this "regrade" and have "raised a case" with Orange which is being dealt with.
