Does anyone know of an honest, decent, customer focused mobile phone company????
Seems to me that the mobile phone companies can do what they like, say what they like, treat customers badly, lie to them etc,is it not about time that they were taken to task by the toothless regulator????Kawasaki z750 Rider!0 -
If you're happy with the airtime contact have you considered selling the handset and buying the one you originally wanted outright elsewhere?
Leaving the legal rights and wrongs aside, you might not lose much doing it this way and you could save yourself a lot of hassle.
This is the sad truth - apart from this issue, I am/have been generally happy with them in terms of price/coverage/etc.
And yes, financially, I'd be better off just selling the phone and buying what I want outright, especially if you count the time doing all the chasing and messing around when I could be applying the effort towards where I earn my living from.
It is just the moral wrong of them getting away with it.:mad:0 -

Please don't send anything to addresses off the web, You really don't know if it's genuine. If you really must send it to a "real" address use the registered office address of Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1EH
However even if you send it to a PO Box, it still has to be signed for, if they then claim it has not arrived you have a case against the Royal Mail. Remember to use Special Delivery so you have the appropriate level of cover in place for the value of the phone.0
