Looking at my wife i would be inclined to agree..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

What is it you are searching for?
I think it's you and not Hurricane with the issue you seem to just troll in every thread on MSE.0 -
Personally I think that the idea that there is someone for everyone and we need to find them is romantic nonsense. What makes a relationship special is the time that people spend together, the experiences they share, how compatible they are, their commitment to each other and the maturity of the individuals involved. People become special to each other over time
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -
Is there someone for everyone? If you have the money, yes of course.
Think about it.0 -
Not as in someone magically predestined for you, no. But as in people out there who would make you happy if you put in the effort too, then yes, of course. The problem is finding them!0

I think there is. I found mine
took an ex husband and ex partner though to fine the one that makes me happy
I think it was Marilyn Monroe who said 'never regret anything as at the time it was what you wanted'
That is quite apt for this post. sometimes you think the person you are with is the one and exactly what you need only a few years later to realises you aren't totally compatible
Also people change over time so the person you were compatible with 10 years ago may not share the same views now0 -
There's no certainty, but with several billion people in this world, there's a high likelyhood0

I dont belive in destiny and " the one", however I think there is without a doubt someone out there for everyone.
Whether you can find them, or have them, is another matter.0 -
I think so. And anyway it's nice to think there is, else when times are rubbish you will be even more upset thinking that there isn't!!Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0

I'd like to hope there is.0
