Hi all, I put a claim in for a 6 hour delayed flight with Skywings in November 2013 only to hear nothing back.
I then sent a claim to the CAA in February 2013 only to hear nothing back.
Where would you go next?

Start by trying to find a real address for Skywings, it may be Ukrainan based even though it has some Greek money, as others say, it is pointless writing to the CAA, they are 6 months behind in correspondence.0
