I dont want to avoid the DRO. I want to get it through as quickly as possible.
You have to be in pretty dire circumstances to qualify so in all honesty that's probably going to be your best option in terms of clearing any debts you currently have - and I assume that you believe that because you aren't trying to play catch up with those debts you will then have more disposable income to pay for energy in future - but what you need to realise is they almost certainly wont just accept that by this stage.
They know that your finances are dire, they are businesses out to make profit, not really interested in your circumstances or helping you out at all, & having just been forced to write off £x by DRO they will therefore almost certainly want a PPM fitted or failing that a sizeable deposit - which if you had you wouldn't qualify for a DRO. - regardless of what you say, like or want.
How it will compare with other suppliers flat rate in your region you would have to check but Ebico will supply at a flat rate regardless of payment method if / when this is proven to you.0 -

not always, they can use other meters, a wire between terminal 1&4, clipper method...could go onDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
