Definitely complain to the OFT but you will have to find a solution to your debts, either by bankruptcy or final settlement offer.
The ironic thing is that if you had continued with your IVA it would have nearly been complete by now.0 -
The IVA started in October 2011 so would have ended in October 2016.
However, because my job was to end in 2015 the advice was to look at bankruptcy or final settlement as the IVA was likely to fail before completion and therefore I would still be liable for the whole debt sum.
I have a lump sum available to me as final settlement amount which equates to 16p in the pound. The original IVA would have given my creditors only 10p in the pound. Would they be more likely to accept?0 -
I have only just seen the messages from last month.
My partner has had no luck, i didnt want to believe it but it appears he is a complete an utter fraudster!!!
We havent been able to get in contact with him, the last message we got was in december saying he had no access to emails!!!
His phone number inbox is completely full no doubt with message from client/customers/VICTIMS!
He also appears to have changed the name of his company from The Credit Cruncher Resouce Centre to One to One Advice.
We have also realised if he has a con man he has someone working with him as my partner recieved an email which was signed by this woman!!!
We have lost a total of £1400, we are reporting him to actionfraud, trading standards an anything else we can.
I am truely sorry it has happened to you aswell!!0
