Hi,
This may have been covered but there are so many threads I'm getting confused sorry......
I had a ticket from Euro car parks, for overstaying in a free car park for 30 mins late at night when it was virtually empty. The car park is in Wales.
The incident occurred in Feb this year, when I was researching the matter on here the advice was overwhelmingly to ignore these cowboys and chuck the letters in the bin, as their not worth the paper their written on.
I received letters from Euro and debt recovery plus all of which I have ignored, yesterday I :think::think:received a letter from Zenith offering a reduction in the fine from £130 to £75 to avoid court proceedings.
What is the current way forward please.
Ps. I am the owner and driver of the car.

You've missed any chance of appealing and getting the thing cancelled by ignoring ( which isn't the current advice ). As you can't appeal you might as well continue to ignore and come back here if you get genuine stamped court papers.0

Either pay or continue to ignore. Come back if/when you get a proper Letter Before Action/Claim or court papers.0

He doesn't have to pay though, that would be daft! This is only Euro Car Parks!
