I work for o2 and as standard we would bar your old sim and replace it with a new one with the same number. If it has happened more than once we charge £10, so I imagine CPW will be the same.

I had lost my CPW O2 sim and had to go to CPW store and get an unregistered sim for £15 and then give CPW O2 a call and get them to activate it with my old number.
Hope this helps!0 -
They'll charge you £9.99 for a sim swap in store - where you get a new sim card with your number if you've lost your original one.0

Hi,
I dropped a sim card somewhere and cannot find it to date. It's a contract sim with O2 CPW from e2save. Does anyone know an approximate cost to replace this? And would it be possible to do this with high-street CPW shops? Many thanks.
Why don't you just get a free PAYG simcard and do it that way? O2 give them out all the time.
But be warned they only let you hold 100 numbers. But the new ones might be different.0
