Refusal of access to UJM is sensible
When people can be sanctioned for not good enough English, attending job interviews as opposed to an appointment, hospital treatments, talking back to an adviser and using phrases that were accepted one floor lower then it's obvious that people are getting set up for sanctions or advisers are petty small invaded bullieS0 -
so my point is wrong, you can not get a sanction for failing to apply for one matched vacany and evidence does have to be provided for that job's details to the claimant and the decision maker...thought not so that's unfair, my point has been made, you go on and dodge the issue about unfairness if you want, it's not me feeding my kids with money gained this way.
You see how confused you are.
Matched vacancy means the customers have been issued with the job they have been told that failure to apply for job may result in sanctions. That sanction would be referred as refusal of employment completely separate to actively seeking.
And no your not feeding your kids that way, your feeding them with taxpayers money. Who expect that in return for them doing so you follow the terms that you agreed to.
Come back when you have figured out which sanctions you are talking about!!0 -

But vat is paid on goods and services... and where are people on jsa getting cash to pay for goods and services.......
Oh yeah that would be from the taxpayers paying for jsa, so your comments are laughable at best.0 -
you said earlier in this thread, evidence of the jobs the claimant is being accused of not applying for do not have to be given, just a total number, instead of the actual details of each job.
That is unfair, which was the point being made.
That can't be possible surely, that's crazy !0 -

So basically csmw, you are agreeing.
Where the cash comes from is irrelevant, the tax is still being paid.
It IS that simple, you don't need to try and twist every point that is being made.0
