Being obstructive is helping advisors sanction you.

no, being too helpful can, if it means giving access to your account.

Do you really think an advisor having access makes a difference to whether someone is referred to a DM? Or that having access somehow miraculously makes it easier for us?

well considering most claimants get zero help from JSA advisers, then why would you need to let them have access?

All you have to do is prove you are job searching etc, why the need to allow access if not so it can make sanctioning easier?

'Making it easier' for advisors and the job seeker is one of the main selling points by the advisors around here.

Have you ever thought that maybe some people actually find it easier to provide the information in that way..
Because some people actually want to work and use all the tools available to them.
That some people actually want to just get on looking for work instead of just trying to be as difficult as possible with their advisor`s

I meant making it easier to recover for sanctions, which in my opinion is nonsense

How is allowing an advisor access to your UJM account a tool that can help you into work?

're-read the post it makes it easier to provide the information.
I personally couldn't care how the information is given to me as long as it's checkable

Ease of providing information to a JC advisor is not a job seeking tool.

Its a million times easier to fill out the sheets/booklets as the 'notes' only hold 250 characters and that wont hold the job link, the site where it was, the date you applied , the job title, who the contact was, the method of application and the date you are going to follow it up etc

You have to make at least 4 entries to the site for each job you apply for on any other site or via the UJM on a 3rd party site.
