Help needed please!!

Hi, I am wondering if somebody could help me with a problem I have;

At the end of last year I purchased a cashback mobile phone contract from the onestopphoneshop.

I never received any cashback vouchers in my welcome pack, so I tried to contact the customer help line to get some sent out. I tried ringing about 3 times and I was just sat on hold for ages and nobody ever picked up.

I tried to contact the carphone warehouse directly, who just gave me the number for onestop and said they couldn't help me any more than that. I recently sent them a letter explaining this, and they have replied by saying we have no record of you ever ringing the helpline, and it is now too late to claim your moneyback. They did, however, send me some replacement vouchers.

In my next cashback period I completed all the forms for BOTH periods and sent another letter explaining that the reason why they would have no record of me ringing is because nobody picked up the phone in the first place + that as far as i an concerned, they did not send me the vouchers in the first place and did not provide me with the necessary ways to get some sent out.

I have just received my cashback cheque for the second period fine, however I have received no answer at all from the letter I sent, and they have just kept all the documentation that went with it - including my claim for the first period etc.

Personally, I would like to put them through the small claims court, as they have been so un co-operative with this matter, but has anybody had some similar experience with this sort of thing, or can anybody recommend the next step?
