It is a criminal offence to send letters purporting to be from the court, so I hope (or rather not) for their sakes they have made it very clear in the covering letter that this is not in fact a court summons

Aren't H&S the ones who sent a card with a smiley face and the word 'Invitation' on the front, to someone on pepipoo with a fake PCN from ANPR Ltd?!

Inside the 'card' it said 'to pay'. Then went on to say 'bet you're well disappointed' or some such chavvy rubbish.

I seem to recall the same thread showed a connection with ANPR Ltd staff (allegedly), it was a husband & wife behind it and the guy was connected in a newspaper article as being a spokesman for ANPR Ltd. Here you go, post #23 by pazzer here:

Seem to recall it's not lawful for a debt collector not to disclose if they are closely connected - or part of the same firm as - the apparent 'client' (like Court Proceeding Ltd was allegedly connected to UKCPS).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

One of the 2 directors of H&S Litigation Services is the same person that signed that ridiculous card from ANPR Ltd!!! The other director is a female who shares the same residential address in Burnley.
  • I have received a 'Warning Notive to Driver' from ANPR-LTD
I was parked in a car park which used to be council run (im not sure when it changed, and didnt know it had), I have parked there as a disabled driver many times and not had to set my Blue Badge clock as it was unlimmited parking for Blue Badge Holders.
This time however I got a warning notice within 10 minutes of arriving. In 3-4 disabled parking spaces there was One sign that said 3 hour parking limit. This was not in front of me and not visiable at the time of parking.
I received this warning notice, and beacuse I have had Parking Eye notices before and ignore them, so far have ignored this one. (i got it a week ago)
Im only concerned because what has been written on here and am wondering the outcome of the case where supposed court letter had been received and because of other sites which though they say ANPR are illegal in there documentation, they say appeal.
What do I do, do I do like I did with Parking Eye and do nothing?
Its not a penalty notice, its not a fine, its a warning saying if I pay within 14 days I get an 'early bird' discount and only have to pay £50
Please help, and advise greatfully received.
