Been with these for a few years, no problemas at all...... UNTIL RECENTLY!!!!!!
The online part is a big problem, not accepting meter readings, not recognising my DD Setup.
The only way is to ring them and they enter it. Total waste of an online account really. Anyone elese had the same trouble?

Oh, wait, first post, you are new. Welcome to the forum and, yes, npower systems have been gubbed for months, almost a year. Count yourself lucky - most complainants can't even get phoned updates processed!0 -

Yes. I can't even get them to enter my gas readings manually, as depending on who you speak to at NPower, they don't actually supply my gas, only electricity :wall:(I have a dual-fuel contract with them)
I moved house in March of this year, and stuck by them thinking they were on the turn, and that things were going to get better. I wish I'd just gone elsewhere to be honest, and will be doing if they can't sort out their issues with their 'new system'.0 -
