Shower Supply Pressure?

I'm trying to work out (as accurately as possible) how much water my shower uses during a 3 minute shower. I've got a graph of Flow Rate in L/mins vs Supply Pressure in kPa from the shower manufacturer for my particular shower. The Supply Pressure quoted on the chart is the supply pressure to the shower which is not the same as the mains supply pressure that's in the street outside my house. I've been given the Mains Pressure out in the street by my water company but they couldn't give me the "in house" pressure as it were because of various things!
The shower manufacturer's chart gives a range of Supply Pressures from 30 kPa to 300 kPa (0.3bar to 3bar).
Does anyone know (fairly accurately) how much the pressure drops when the water gets to the 1st floor bathroom given that the mains pressure has been quoted as 1.7bar (170 kPa)

The pressure at your shower depends on the charachteristics of your house.
Wouldn't it be easier to catch all the water in a bucket, for a period of 1 minute, from the shower head and measure that quantity?0 -

I agree, that would be the easiest and most likely the best option!
A man from the shower company did say that the likely pressure may be in the range of 30-50kPa (0.3 - 0.5bar)

Just done it (and I didn't get wet!!) and got 6L/min which equates to 18L over a 3min shower which I suppose is reasonably decent in terms of water use?0
