Seeing pictures provided via the web-link, the property looks in "ok" condition...Basic decoration would do, you could move in straight away...But - you are not in the best buying position - as you mentioned, you need to sell first...

Yeah. Our property is under offer now and we are good to go. But still sellers prefer buyers with no chain.

The problem for this house is the kitchen and the bathroom - both need substantial work. Especially the kitchen. The boiler is broken and needs to replaced as well. :(

no wonder estate agents do so well

Totally agree. They are creating this... Also they only accept written offer with our financial status.:mad:

Remember the SD threshold at £500k!!

Zoopla estimation is a finger in the air (vaguely mathematical based other sales, but I certainly wouldn't base any offers on it!).

Compare against recent nearby similar SOLD properties.

Thank you. I will think it over.

Picture 1, it is the wrong kind of sky. The colour is excellent but there is a criss cross pattern in the sky. No way would I spend £480,000 or whatever on a house with a rubbish sky like that.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

Ignore the fact there were 30 viewers.
Ignore the fact you've lost properties.

In your opinion, it's worth 465k. So don't pay anymore.

Start at 455k ish IMO, work upto 465k and stop.

Thank you. That's what my hubby's opinion too. But I am sure we would lose it if we offer 465k as others will definitely outbid us. :(
