Samsung Bluetooth headset
Hope you can help.
Got the headset for my wife to use with iphone4s. Paired it no problem. However, she has a problem in that while she can hear clearly, the other person gets a garbled voice. sometimes it can be clear but it is too often a problem. Is there anything i caan do to make it work 100%? She uses it around the house or when out. Signal is not a problem, I think.

Most likely it is faulty. If you bought it from a shop try returning it as faulty.
Alternatively, have you any other device you can try it with ?
Some iPhone apps will use a headset as a mic, also try it with another app.
My experience with Bluetooth and Apple products is good.
What brand is the headset ?0 -
it's Samsung so I'm assuming it should be pretty good. I might try my headset and see if that makes a difference.0
