TSA signed, deposit and first month rent paid

Hello,
I recently agreed to rent a property with a letting agency.
Therefore I paid the deposit and the first month in advance and also signed the renting agreement (I have not received the contract signed by the landlord though but the letting agency assure me that everything was in order).
I have obviously checked that the letting agency is real and kept records of all our conversations and the confirmation that they have received the pre-payments.
But, I just realised today that they put the same flat again on rightmove 3 days ago and without telling me anything. I fear that the landlord decided not to rent his flat to me or is looking to make a better deal (they increased their asking price)
So is it legal? Which further actions should I take?
Many thanks for your help

Are you sure it's the same flat and not a different flat in the same building with recycled pictures and listing information?
Your first port of call should be the obvious one: call the letting agent. Almost every situation like this can be resolved with communication, if you then find out something untoward is happening come back to this forum and people can give you advice0 -
Yes I plan to call him first thing in the morning (I basically saw the new add 4 hours ago) and have already emailed him.
I will be here tomorrow for sure to either close the topic or seek for advice0 -
So how did it go?0

Could just be a bait-and-switch tactic by the agent... I've come across loads of properties that look great, but when you contact the agent it's the same old "sorry, that one got snapped up yesterday... but I've got loads of other properties to show you".Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
