Free Sky On Demand wireless adaptor thing

I just logged into MySky to order one of these for about £21 and there was an advert/offer on page after i logged in saying i could claim one free on demand wireless adaptor if i "registered" and there was a button to push saying "register". Pushed it and got a screen saying i was successful, but it might take up to 3 months before i get anything or i might not get one if too many are requested.

Offer on till 13th Oct apparently.
Worth a shot!

Hope it isn't a duplicate post-i did try searching the forum first and nothing came up

I already have one of these adaptors (cost me a 10er 6 months ago) and got myself a free spare only last week via the deal that you mention. Sky did send me an email saying they were suspicious of me ordering but sent it out anyway. And, hey, things do break?

Probably loads of folk doing this hence shortage in stock. And having one of these is an incentive to upgrade one's viewing package, generating more money from Sky's point of view.

I got a free one a few weeks ago and cant get it to work, item is working as all lights shine where they should but it says there are no internet sites for it, which is a lie as I know there are three in this house alone.

Das machine is nicht fur gefingerpoken und mittengrabben. Ist easy schnappen der springenwerk, blowenfusen und corkenpoppen mit spitzensparken. Ist nicht fur gewerken by das dummkopfen. Das rubbernecken sightseeren keepen hands in das pockets. Relaxen und vatch das blinkenlights!!!
