Damn, damn BTYahoo

Damn, damn BTYahoo, here we have a great sporting sunday, final day of Gold Open, and a crucial Ashes day on the 2nd test. Everything lined up, Open on TV and Ashes on laptop, and the internet has failed. Speeds of 0.3mbs is not enough to stream live sport.
Why does equipment fail at the most inopportune time??

Did you not check the requirements for this service when you signed up? Even the TV ads have them at the bottom, freeze the picture with the remote and check it out, certain it says "... 400kbps..." - which is 4 Mbps.
I think this job really needs

    I thought 4mbps is 4000kbps.
Besides, I always get 8-9mbps. The hub is playing up
