We have just moved into our new refurbished house a week today which had a new gas central heating installed with a new boiler and already this morning while using the shower and tap together, the hot water stopped flowing. Apologies for the late response -

Ok I didn't look at the other end of a radiator in our lounge and as a sofa was obscuring the view, a leak was identified by the isntaller.

There was a crack in the pipe which he has changed and the pressure has now remained at 1 for the past 24hrs.
